Posted by shokaku: 400k is a lot of money. And as they were playing "only" 100/200 he must have lost a lot of big pots to be in the red with this amount of cash.
They played with huge chip piles though so in no-limit game they can lose alot in just one pot

I think Gus has started to claw back up after losing around $2M (correct me if im wrong) so does that mean Isildur1 will have to lose that much first before being able to win again?

Posted by Kristan: Thats getting boring already. When he landed to FT last year, I was excited and thought hes a real deal - but after losing one bankroll after another - its not interesting anymore Blom - Blows!
You never had a bad streak? At least that are his money...I doubt you are better than him and you would be able to earn at least as much as he by playing poker..

Posted by astra4: talk about hugh money....it must hurt to lose so much money. dont understand them , why not stop when losing 20000$ thats also very much.
At that stakes $20k is a buy-in. And if you look at the session against Hastings, Isildur has managed to lose much more than $400k in short time.

i wonder wht it would take to get gus winning again. 3.5 mil $ loss this year and still losing. he must be an inspiration for isildur, lmao. but isildur needs to win if he wanna stay longer at high stakes.
