I don't use to answer with bad words when attacked but, expecially when I bad beat opponent and insulted , I prefer answering with calm irony and they often go on complete tilt. so my preferred is (Italian-english):
vatte a fa na camminata che ti passa/ go and have a walk, it will pass
if they keep on insulting then I say
i tuoi genitori hanno anche figli normali?/Did your parents have any normal children? (not mine but inspired to gunnery sergeant hartman's one)
but when multitabling or not in writing mood I use to repeat the same word immediately after they insult me and til they give up. I normally I say them:
pippa / literally it means handjob but here it is used to say in a slang way "Person unable to perform the activity which is dedicated"
