Been reading through the questions, and they´re all there, so I won´t be adding to the list. My favourites:

"I want to know; how you started out small to make it to the big, I find that im doing well at the small stakes but get bored, play bigger and don't stick with my bankroll management. I guess there are so many Challenges that shows that it is possible they would answer it positivly. I mean think about Boku who made 100k out of 5$ (when i am informed correctly) or Ferguson who made 10k out of nothing. Of course 1 mio is another BIG Step, but thats the system shwoing : It is possible!
