Giovanni Trapattoni should be on that list. He won so much, and even a retarded benfa like you should have included him, he won an undeserved robbed title to salazar's club, a bad season on a great career, why isn't he on the list? Mourinho still the best, but a man with that great curriculum should be there.
On the other side, Ericksson does not belong on that list. To few conquests compared to all the other. Pep Guardiola will belong there, but his career is still to short.

i think SAF was greatest at the world becouse he over 20 years rules one team Manutd and allways was on the top of 3 in premiere league solding club young talents and allways finding new one so its the greates coach at the moment in the world in future the greatest i think will be Jose becouse he will win more then now SAF with manutd won good luck all

what about previous managers like jock stein who taught fergie all he knows and sir matt busby,bill shankly and bob paisley,shankly also said jock stein was best manager and that was before money could maybe make a manager succesfull like fergie now with man-u but he was a great manager before that so fergies in there also,google these ppl if u dont know what they achieved in the game and it makes these managers with money nowadays look poor!

I am FC Bayern fan, so of course Ottmar Hitzfeld, he was a great coach. Just remember to 2001, when they won the bundesliga in the 94 minute, schalke even started celebrating and then they all startet crying, when the information of the goal appeared in the stadium. I don't think so that Mourinho is a the best coach ever. I am sure that if I go and coach personally Chelsea and Real Madrid I will have succes there. A good coach is one like Alex Ferguson, because he changed a lot of generations and he still have succes.

Guys cmon everyone has his own choice. I didnt made the thread to be a Mourinho fanboy thread.
Its normal that i missed sdome other great coachs, most of them not of our times, but i had just 10 slots to put names and i think the ones in there are some of the best of best.
Iam a big fan of Sir Alex Fergurson, but i dont give him as muich value as Mourinho just because, when your in a big team, and all the decisions are made by you, and the club have big stability its easier to win. I dont want to take credit from Alex Fergurson, i just think that him and Gaurdiola hve everything easier comparing with Mourinho.
My favourite is Mourinho because i dont see him failling, most of the people says that he have everything in every clubs, but there is always an before and an after mourinho. Madrid with millions have been years and years collapsying be the Barcelona power. Chelsea have Abramovich money but he only Mourinho cutted United dominance. Inter was a club with lots of problems and Mourinho won everything in there (champions league 50 years after). These clubs if we compare with Barcelona and united are very unstable. For some reason Alex Fergurson already said that he wwanted to be Mourinho taking his place. He knows the formula and he knows that Mourinho wont stop to win.
PS: To the other Portuguese talking b******t, i hope you stick your arrogance up in your ass.

and who did inter years ago when they where dominating the european scene get beaten by in european-cup final?a club called glasgow celtic in 1967 whos manager had no money yet they where the 1st british team to win it with 11glasgow men as man-utd where gutted as they won it the year after i think, and jock stein taught alex ferguson ein he knew when fergie was his no2 when big jock was scotland manager,he also got celtic to win 9in a row back then when all refs where on rangers side and then got to another european final in 72 aswel as many semis and quarters by making his team play football the way it should be played,thats why alfredo di-stefano wanted celtic to play real-madrid in his testimonial at the bernabeau and celtic played a great madrid team off the park and the madrid fans where chanting for more,lol,all in an era when all teams where mostly equal in terms of money,etc.i think mourinho is a decent manager but hes nowhere near the top of that list and my problem is that he got his porto team2play dirty by diving all over the place in the uefa cup final against celtic but they then won the champions lge the year after which is a great achievment and with inter but he had alot of money with all these teams and he has nowhere near the respect big jock and others like bob paisley and matt busby earned,mourinho is hated because of his arrogance,he thinks hes the man when he is nowhere near many managers achievments and he has nowhere near the respect ppl had for these managers either because of his arrogance,rant over now,lol!

Guys cmon, why you put in question Mourinho just because he lost 5-0 against a team that made the game of teyr lifes??? I like Fergunson i do, and he respects alot Mourinho cause he knows that Mourinho is a Speacial Manager, but wait!!!!!! I saw last week United loose 4-0 vs the hammers. Iam i here putting in question the Fergunson quality just because he lost that game??
Lets talk about records. EVerybody says that Mourinho only plays with money, but i think United does that too, and city too, and Liverpool is a rich team too, with great players.
Money is not everything, right???? Manchester city is full of new rich players and full of problems and egos. Big teams needs big managers and nobody can deal with the players like Mourinho and... Fergunson. Last year Barcelona had a team much better than inter and lost the qualifying.
Iam sorry if Mourinho is not Spanish, or Italian or BRITISH to get all the credit that he deserves. He is going to lose the best Manager of the Trophy cause he comes from a small country that nobody cares about it. If he was British he would be legend, the man!!!! the only manager with ambitions to win the champions league in 3 different countries, the only manager that want to be champion in the 3 biggest euopean leagues.
