i have been a regular member on this forum a while now and i have seen the no-deposit bonuses offered and never realy bothered with them as i know the way poker sites operate,i had tried to get the bonus with 888poker and i ended up getting mucked about that much i ended up depositting money to get it,i then tried the players only no-deposit and after downloading the site through BRM their operator said i wasnt logged on when i most definetely was,i was looking at a table playing and my username was at top of the page yet he said i wasnt,i ended up telling him i wasnt going to moan over a couple of lousy thousand points and i would take it up with BRM to then be told that i was logged in and hed have to pass my case to the proper department,this is after being passed through about3people already,i dont usually take up these offers because of the hassle and i think BRM should at least have a word with these sites about the way they treat people as it was BRM that e-mailed me asking why i hadnt took up any of these offers and this is why,its all just to get your details and on to their sites hoping you get frustrated and eventually deposit something.i have been told to wait 24hours and see if it activates,il wait and see if any1 bothers getting back to me but i say u can shove your no-deposit bonuses as its not as simple as what BRM say it is or even think it is,they are just another site wanting 2get every last penny from you and me!

Sorry to hear about your problems, but.... If you´ve been reading the forums you should know the NDB thing works and that only "sometimes" there are "glitches", as with anything in real life.
I´ve never deposited even $1 and have been playing for well over a year with the NDB´s I´ve gotten from BRM.
Might take a few days to a week, it just takes a little patience. A virtue which is often highly underrated in the game itself, I might add.
Just kidding. Give it a few days and see what happens...

Yikes ... you must be mister unlucky ... never had a problem that couldnt be sorted out with the ndb .. in fact most of the ones i applied for have gone smoothly ( have had 3 so far ), and even on other sites that i have dealt with i have gotten them too with no problem (before i joined Bankrollmob) ....
dont know how you work out they trying to get every last penny from you ... they are giving you money ... if you deposit out of frustration .. well you cant blame them for that.
Hopefully things run smoother for you in future when applying .....
Do understand where your coming from with support on some of these poker sites though .. you really need a lot of patience when trying to explain a problem and getting it sorted ... but i have yet to have a problem not sorted out ... as i force myself to stay calm and polite until i get them to understand my problem

Never had a problem either. not once did I not receive all the bonus brm said I would. Although I'll admit it's been a fair time since I requested a no deposit bonus.

mate,i was just so annoyed because i dont bother with them ndbs but it was BRM that e-mailed me asking why i havent took advantage of their ndb,s and i have a decent b/roll anyway but eins a bonus so i thought why not but i had tried previously with 888poker and ended up depositting just to get the bonus but i done well from that as i cashed in 4of the 7 1st time depositter tournies that i got aswel as the $8 bonus so i built another account up but i haggled with them to get all that,i just think BRM should maybe have a word as there must be many others that get the hassle and havent got a bankroll and all you are doing is following what BRM have asked you to and they still treat u like your a kid.players only site said they passed it on and to wait 24hours and they said the code i entered was a deposit code when clearly it wasnt,i know the way they operate and im not going to get annoyed over a few points/£s but i felt that i had to post that earlier as i have haggled with plenty sites and ended up with allsorts of bonuses on top of my b/roll but i must admit theres alot who annoy me and thats why i stick to pokerstars and f/tilt mainly as i get pissed off after BRM e-mailing me to ask why i wasnt taking up these ndbs and when i do try this happens,and tbh im not a patient guy when im taking time out to do that when i could be playing or doing something else with my time,il post an update on what happens,lol, gl at the tables!

dont worry dozn01,its out my system,lol,i just feel for ppl that are struggling with no money and they get treated like that as they have to accept it,whereas il not but thats just me,lol and @photolong-u wonder what im talking about when i say poker sites want to get every last penny from u,why are they giving u the money in 1st place?u might get $10 but to get the rest per say u have to get all them points which is more or less impossible unless you are playing high-stakes or are playing about 10tables which is impossible unless u deposit more money as your $10 aint covering that,u might turn the $10 into alot of money but u get my point,thats what i meant by that so u will not be getting the full bonus and they want u2deposit more to chase the bonus but u are not so stupid,i depositted with 888poker but it worked out better for me as i cashed in most of the 1st time depositter tournies albeit wasnt that much but ended up with about $100 on top of my original $20 deposit so cant complain,if they had just gave me the $8 ndb i would probably have done it all and not been able to build a b/roll up so its their loss,lol,gl at the tables.

Nice! Things ended well for you. I have had some no deposit bonuses that never went through and others that did. I love cashing out money from a site when you have never deposited a penny! GL!
