tony,u gave me the ndb for players-only and i appreciate it but now i try 2log-in they say my account has been suspended due to security reasons so i actually got ahold of some1 in live chat support and they say that this decision has been took at management level and they cannot do anything,no reason why or anything,just that its a management decision so now they are giving the bonus to people and then suspending their account,lol,im not even going to get angry about this but this is the worst service i have ever received from a site,players-only should be very embarassed about this and if u are playing on their site using a ndb then u should be careful what happens if u win money,i have accounts with about a dozen sites and never had anything like this,once again tony,i thank you as i know u are trying hard to sort things out for people and BRM is trying their best to try help people out but im totally puzzled by this,i know for a fact if i was going to deposit they wouldnt treat me/u like this,gl at the tables!
In October the tourn did not show in lobby so ended up with a ticket to Novembers game...yer didnt get to play that either, PO kinda suck. ( I did get all the outher goodies that were on offer tho with no problems)

lol,yes mate,i dont like using fullstops and that dumb blonde was very helpful,lol..I just got the same on live chat,the guy was actually quite reasonable but he said he didnt know anything other than this decision has been took at management level,haha.i asked if he could tell me why my account has been suspended to get told-Unfortunately your account has been disabled for security and verification purposes.I dont have any details other than this was a decision taken at management level.Regrettably,we will be unable to enter into further correspondence pertaining to this matter....im past caring anymore and cannot believe the time wasted just trying 2sort a ndb out so im off to actually play some poker instead of being on here for past 3days trying to get it sorted.Just thought id post to see if tony could find out and maybe sort it,but no big deal as i know he does try2help us out,gl at the tables.

I'm glad that you got the bonus so that WE didn't let you down, but sorry to hear that THEY let you down instead. It seems not everybody is having luck when it comes to poker sites and security and it's by far out of our hands at this point, I'm afraid.
And yes, as B1gfoot suggest, please try to double-tap your return key every now and then, it makes it sooo much easier to read your posts when there's a few paragraphs instead of just one big chunk of text. Doesn't even matter if you use commas and if your grammar sucks, but adding linebreaks makes it much easier to read and understand

you know the best laugh,i have over 2k in all my accounts and im ranting about an ndb,lol,im glad you got a laugh btw and yes when i start ranting,i occassionally miss out the full stops,my grammar is actually quite good aswel,i was just trying to find out wtf was happening for all the people i have referred!
its just 1 long rant and thats the way i like it,haha,still didnt get a reason why my account has been suspended btw,so ndb is there but no account,u got to laugh,lol!
