A bottle of whisky does thee trick.. I always drink a pint of water b4 going to bed, wake up and take alkaselsa, lay in bed for anouther hr or so then get up get a good breakfas then get motivated, hangover gone by 10-11.

I did what I do every year. Went to the cinema and drowned it out with special effects. Hangover completely gone. If I hadn't gone I would have spent the whole day in bed.

Woke up in the morning after 4 haours of sleep to play with my little babygirl . Spent the whole day with family - while having a decent hangover lol.
Best way to fight with hangover - went out to pub late night with a good friend to have few shots of Jack Daniels with ice and discussed our new years business plans and where we want to stand in the end of 2011!
Now back home and off to bed

Im do Muai Thay and gym 4-5 days a week - alcohol really dries vitamin B out from your body. But its no problem when you take ZMA Anabolic with a capsel of Tribuls terrestris a day lol. But tbh those who arent doing wourkout dont need vitamin B, because its no godo when you dont workout lol.

I give you a good advice. Dont drink and its fine heheheheehe.
I drinked a few coups of wine and went to sleep 4 am after watch a good movie, and i waked up fine, even thinking i was missing some wisky with coca cola.
Wish a good year to everyone, better than the last one, and i hope everybody feels healthy for this new year, thats what we need.

I'd say, the best cure for a hangover is beer. I've used that medicin for years now. One of the drawbacks is that you might get drunk again, so you will have a new hangonver the next day, in a sort of a never ending circle...
This is why you should drink a brand of beer with very little alcohol. Lie down, watch a movie and pour a sixpack of those down, and you will, after the first one already, feel like a new human being.
Another thing that helps is to eat salt-candy, and drink water, before you go to bed the night before the hangover. Your body needs water, and the salt will keep you from just peeing it out right away.
But I always forget that last advice, so I'm stuck with the first one. Which isn't that bad either...
