I think you should send an email or try to talk with the support online ofthe site, maybe they can clarify whats worngs with your account.
I think 4 weeks its too much time to wait for a bonus.

Hi 4 Weeks is way to long,it should take 1 week at the most,you should cantact BRM,and see whats up,maybe you made a mistake when you registered,like you diidnt put Bonus code?
