just a thought but maybe poker on TV is just like wrestling...like everyone knows wrestling is seriously a bunch of really good stuntmen entertaining millions of viewers with their amazing stunts....even though most know it is fake, all watch it for entertainment's sake....one fine day we might find out poker on tv is all rigged and still we will watch it simply cos we all like it.

based on all the garbage i have seen playing on line poker,anything can happen,i am 100% sold that they cheat on line,i have played poker for many years and i have never seen that many bad beats in all the poker i have played,on line so big time rigged,the computer will deal flop to try to match up with the cards in play,that way it makes more acton that makes more of a rake that makes more money for the site,,so thats why you see sooooo many bad beats playing on line poker,,because the softwear is set up to flop cards that are in play,they play 70% more hands on line to live poker

Todd I have to disagree, it is possible to be profitable online, therefore the software is prolly not setting you up. Unless you said someting bad about it's mother program!

also if that hand was fixed dont you think phip laak would of been danceing on his chair seeing that his kind of spades just floped in front of his eyes,so yes it was a error

------------ yes your so right you can be profitable playing on line,if your the luck one that had your cards matched up with the softwear that matchs up with the cards in play,so yes your right you can make money on line,but on line poker is much much much more luck then any kind of skill,live poker skill will be played but not so much on line
------------ for example,i was just playing on line poker,wont say what site,but i had ace 6 of clubs and i was on the button,anyhow i made a little raise and the little blind folded but the big blind rerasied me,so the flop was queen-6-6 i was like sweet so i bet then i got reraised i then i poped him all in he calls the turn was a 7 and the river was a king,,,anyhow he had 6-7 so he made the fullhouse to my ace-6,then he writes a message saying he was just being a smart ass to reraise me,anyhow thats where i mean the sites are sooooo rigged thwy are set up the match the flop with the cards in play,thats why you see soooo many more bad beats playing on line,,,and there are way more bad beats playing on line poker

It is always part of poker and if there wont be bad beats or other Sh*t then no one will play and watch poker so bad beats makes poker to be interesting ;]

I don't think they have to create any scenarios to make the show interesting. Put several pros at a table then add the variance of poker and you'll see plenty of interesting spots. It's probably just an editor mistake, after all the video IS edited, it's not filmed with one camera from start to end, so he assembled the wrong pieces.
