Thanks i lost my first tourney but, i was a bit beat from a 7500 player field in a $250 freeroll with 7500 player field. I made it to like 400 hundred. Right now i'm in the top 20 out of 50 in this 1000 gtd.

^ If the CS person is correct - thats very unfortunate as its a great bonus.. Just keep in mind - in the past CS persons (across a LOT of rooms) have shown themselves to be fairly ignorant of the affiliate bonuses that are available and quite often incorrectly advise the offer is no longer current/etc.
So, don't stress too much, it may just be a mistake on the CS persons part.. Wait for admin (here) response I suppose. GL

Having exactly same prob i have emailed bankroll as the live support offline as usual, and i found the player only staff very rude in a polite way they just want you off the chat.
