yeah it's he same hour
legal time = summer time
during spring/summer we move the indicators of our watches because of a law about energetic savings (in short words)
so when this tornament will be held in Germany will be 23:00 (and here as well)

well, now i have few bucks and could parcipate in this tournament. But i want to manage to get those 25$ through the Take 2 promo. Don´t know how i should try it otherwise with only 8 bucks.
