I recently gave advice to someone to use "direct deposit" information from their prepaid card to make a deposit. Don't do it. My card reject the ach withdrawal and now my full tilt account is frozen . Lol that's what i get for thinking outside the box.
Now i just have to figure out a way to fix this. Lord knows full tilt support does not respond to emails untill 24th of July (24/7 tech support). So i guess i'm assed out at full tilt for a while till i get this little problem worked out. OOPS!!

Full tilt is an American site, and they turn it around, so that´s actually the 7th day of the 24th month. That way they never have to answer 24/7.

Full tilt is an American site, and they turn it around, so that's actually the 7th day of the 24th month. That way they never have to answer 24/7.
Makes sense since it's american. Everything is bass ackwards

It seems that they blocked your account for ID check, it's a standard verification that Full Tilt Poker does each time you use a new withdraw method( i assume so far you used a e-wallet).
It's weird that on your withdrawal options there is a also your card considering you are located in United States. On their site it clearly states that you can't withdraw money to a non-US Card. Here is a copy-paste from their site: "Most players who have made a deposit with a non-U.S. Visa Card can request a Credit Fund Transfer. This allows you to transfer funds directly from your Full Tilt Poker account to your non–U.S. Visa Card. You will need to check with your Visa provider to confirm that CFT is available to you."

I used quick deposit because it would not accept my my prepaid visa. This was the only option available that fit the amount that I was willing to deposit. I thought that I could get away with using the account number and routing number from my prepaid card. The card gives you this info in case you want to make a direct deposit. It's not meant for withdrawals. But i thought since i had the info maybe I could get away with it. WRONG.

The best way is to call them and solve this up. I hope everything will solve up eventually. Almost all US players that i know use their Moneybookers account to deposit or withdraw funds. They usually take a small fee(3$ or so) when you withdraw the money in your bank account or card, but you can also make a MB Mastercard to avoid paying this fee. Good luck at the tables!

Killuminated, I had a similar problem at FTP and they will send you an Email sayinf make a proper deposit to cover the mistake and all will be good. They won't tell you that banking procedures mandate that they keep ypur account frozen for 7 days. Until after the correction deposit is made. Your acct will look like the deposit amount has been added to what is there but they will correct it after the about 2 weeks for them to decide to automaticlly restore your account. They have been taking direct from bank acct deposits, but I got tired of constantly getting the short end of the card stick there. Hope this was of some assistance o you and BTW, my players only bonus did get approved and just waiting on them to now credit the points. GL
