Couple hours ago I could still get on FTP, but now when I tried to launch the software, it says I need to update software and whenever I click ok, it says download unsuccessful or some crap , please try again later.
And I also cannot help but notice that amidst all these FBI chaos, PS has been quick to issue statements and annoucements to players assurring them business goes on for players out of USA and even giving an alternate website, sad to say there is no news yet at all from FTP...really annoying since most of my $ is on FTP.

I just played at FTP, and it worked out fine for me. My software also made a small update on starting.
Only different thing I noticed was, that at the rush poker tables, it sometimes took a split second longer than usual to fill up. Like the software was searching for players.

hmm this happened with me to, i thought i would try it when this news broke forgot to say about it on other threads but i did not think to much of it tbh
i have no problem with PS at all but why am I having problems with FTP when I am not even American...and thing is FTP is not sending out emails or anything like that as well, they outta at least keep everyone informed, be it americans or not.

There is a FT client update that won't download, probably because the FBI have shutdown the .com site. If you download the full installer from http://www.fulltiltpoker.co.uk/ it will update the client to the latest version.

For me FullTilt is also not working. The update of software is not downloading. So you say I have to install the Uk version / software ??? And this will work then...

Yes. I hade the same problem, I do it (installed the UK version) and working.

I'm having the same ft-update problems, i"ll try the UK-link. This is terrible for the US-players, i feel for you guys. Wow tx for the tip/ link Jbrooksie, it updated fine and i can play now. I guess there will be less traffic on ft and stars now and probably some overlay in some gauranteed tourney's. For those of you having troubels updating Ft: Brooksie's link works.

Same problems here with downloading the update. I was trying for quite some time with no luck and my first thought was that they shut it down completely since i couldnt find any working site from FT. Good thing there is the forum. Thanks for the link jbrooksie worked just fine
