So I just started playing on bodog, it was a freeroll tournament where winners won tickets to Main Event qualifyers, and I flopped my first ever royal flush! It was quite exciting, ended up getting third in the tourney and winning a ticket

Flop comes: 10 K Q
Turn: 10 K Q K
River: 10 K Q K 9
It went til the river when my only oppoent folded, ended up banking 3400 when the blinds were 100/200

nice to hit a royal flush , that too on flop. but more important is winning the ticket / cash in a ring game. u did good, now gl in the next qualifier hope u make it to the finals

Thats simply sick! To hit royal flush on the flop. Did you raised pre flop with that hand or all player were limper on that hand? Although i played tousands and tousands of hands so far i've never hit a royal flush, just straight flushes two or three times. But again i don't have an account on Bodog ) It's being said that a player only hits four or five royal flushes on his entire poker carreer, well this was available for the times when poker only was played live, not online. Now i'm sure you can hit royal flush more if you play a large number of hands like rush poker where you can end up playing around 1000 hands per hour or so. Good luck at the tables!

I have only seen it myself one time, royal flush on the flop (not to me, to another player on my table). Anyways congratulations! Have flopped straight flush three times over the years but never royal, maybe someday!

yeah i was under the gun +1 and raised two times the blinds pre flop. got called by only one player whom was in the big blind, and the hand went from there. he bet on the flop, i simply called. we both checked the turn, then on the river he made a rather large bet in which i raised him. he folded

Play poker online and live 4 years ago! Saturday I did my first Royal Flush playing cash game poker stars ... I was at K on the flop, a strong opponent bet, I had to pay the demand or the flush of K (which I believe more), hit my K on the river was beautiful! He had flopped the following ....
well done on your first RF, would be even better if it was in a cash game, or even on a site which gave a bonus on getting it never the lest great going

Grats to you, well done. I remember that 1 had one RoyalFlush at Party Poker, shortly after my registration there. But I was so surprised, I didn`really realized it

hhaha yes it`s always nice 2 hit the old royal. i always injoy the hand, bit hard sometimes do too get a real good pot with it but stil its a master hand ofcourse

Wow very nice flop dude. Funny, I got a gutshot royal draw on Bodog yesterday. Same spades as well. Only needed the K, but as my luck would have it, I didn't get it. Glad you got it tho, WTG....
