sadly i singed via BRM ot rakeback at gutshotpoker! I have not gotten any rakeback yet! no response from rakebackbankrollmob either! just sad to trick ppl out threre money! any other had the sam problem?! they owe me already around 50$, for me thats hard work and money. jsut sad.!

im pretty sure that here no one is trying to trick you. there might be a delay but they will answer to your problem and give you a solution soon admin logs often so he will see this thread too

dont think any1 wants to trick you outta your money here at bankrollmob. maybe your account didna get tracked to bankrollmob properly you are only allowed 1 rakeback account at cake network, maybe you already had 1 active rakeback there ?? support will contact u surely dnt knw why they havent, maybe they waiting to hear bck from gutshot poker.. gl

I agree with was is stated above. Bankrollmob is one of the best no deposit and rakeback offers on the web so be sure there is no interest from their site to trick you. It must be a technical problem instead. I recommend to contact the bankrollmob support via email and inform them about your situation. To me it's sounds like a account tracking problem, i mean you obvoisly produce rake but thats not correctly reported to bankrollmob in order to get your rakeback. Also i hope you typed the rakeback refferal code right when you first created your poker account on that problem. Then it also could be the problem stated above by supernoob, maybe you have more than one active rakeback account at the cake network. I don't have an account on the cake network but that also might be the problem. Good luck and keep us posted!

DanissAK47 remember there are 313,427 members here there will be alot for support to deal with. and remember to not keep messaging the support as your ticket will be placed at the bottom everytime u send a new message just leave it a few days be patient it will get sorted the support and admin here are pretty good.
magatt966. how long have u left it between each message that uv sent support they usually take a couple of (working) days. remembers theres alot of holidays in april. and also your ticket position always goes back to the bottom wih every message u send.

didnt know that... anyway here it is my ticket replies sequence 15/04, 18/4, 18/4, 19/4, 29/4
you should recieve a reply soon they never reply over the weekend and todays a bank holiday not sure if that applies to all. maybe midweek u will get a reply. if u dont get a reply within 7days contact again.

dont have an account at gutshot and didnt even know that room, there arent any promotions from that room to my country. I only had problems once. It was with a no deposit pokerbonus and i had what was needed to get it and never received it. I bet that is a problem with the room, not with BRM, because here admin always explains and solves things when some problem happen. Just hope you can solve your problem.

It isnt a No deposit bonus. Its my own money and I have al ready cleared half of my initial deposit bonus. Im not playing till matter has been resolved! -.- Just hope Mob Manager see this again and will check it again. soe i get my rake that I was promised by rakebackBRM.!
