Although today is Saturday, Admin once in a while comes in here to check up on how everything is going. If he can, he will definately help you out Golden, but if it is something more complicated, that requires brm support staff, your best bet will be from monday on.

Yeah, they're pretty much out on weekends so best bet is mondays, anyways have you tried to get support from their live chat? they should be able to tell you something.

Do you see that picture of a lady wearing glasses on the top right hand side? That is the link to the Live Chat. Normally, the Live Chat in "On" during the weeke days, working hours.

Live support is usually on around 5am here in the united states. You might be able to catch them before going to work if you get awake early in the morning. I hope you catch up with them.

Admin I see your signed on could you happen to answer my question. When does support check their emails? I sent them a couple 2 days ago and havent gotten a reply

They check daily during monday trough friday, they don't work in the weekends. But there's always alot of emails to take care of. Otherwise try again or use the livechat.
