Hey guys,
I'd like to introduce myself at first... My name is David, I am 20 years of age and from Austria. I love to play poker, especially tournaments (including freerolls). As tomorrow the leaderboard of June will start I set my goals clearly. Its my target to top the leaderboard come the end of June. That sounds a bit cocky, for sure... I joined bankrollmob back in 09 but havent been here for 2 years untill a few weeks ago when I rediscovered this page again. Im really delighted and suprised I did as I enjoy the forum a lot and of course the various promotions. I did participate in some of the freerolls the last days cashing in quiet a few of them but since I am in the army and the last weeks were really busy I didnt get to play a lot. Now its gonna be more relaxing for me so I will try to participate in as many freerolls as possible. I only got 39 days on the army left and am counting down the seconds. Its very hard to get good cash out of this freerolls as there are many players and lots of loose players who tend to hit a lot with any random cards. Though Im not here to complain, more to conquer this players and give it my best shot. Understandably you might think I sound pretty arrogant but I guess now its time to show that Im not only about talk but also on actions. I will update my results here and hope to prove a few of you wrong and enjoy the leaderboard freerolls with all of you.. Good luck and see you at the top!

Hi David, welcome back to this forum , good that you found it again. GL to you reagrding the leaderboard, its a very hard job and not easy to make it to the top. I didn´t make it in May and I guess June will be also hard dor me, because I can max. play 2 a day. Keep us informed about your plan and maybe we will meet at the tables.

thats a tough target you set for yourself and will require lots of both skill and luck to reach there due to large number of people involved and donk allins. gl to u and hope you can make to top

What can I say so far ? Participated in 5 freerolls and losing in EVERY single on of them at a showdown when i was odd favourite.. well the echo of all these donks calling with any random hand and winning just seems to get more obvious everytime I play.. still Im not here to whine, I set myself a target and will go on fighting for it nevertheless

First positive update... After the first two days without any success and loads of bad beats ( really unbelievable at times ) I did perfom quiet well today.. At the first 3 freerolls I played I got to the cash (2x 0,4 cents and 1x 0,5 cents) and after regaining some self confidence I got to the final table in the following roll.. ending 7th place earning 75 cents (unfortunatly running into K/K) on the final table.. anyway, 88 cents earned today which is quite ok and looking forward to more success..

As I wrote in an other thread I was lucky to make it to a final table and placed second yesterday. But it took about 5 hours It will be a very hard job this month to climb up the leaderboard, because of the small prices. I guess one have to win at least on of them to have a chance to make it in top 30

Congratulations MIGO14, 2nd place is a great accomplishment.. Seems like you got the edge over me at the moment, keep up the good work but Im not sleeping so be sure to keep on cashing and we'll have a great battle

Congrats for your scores, guys...! Though I'm in the competition too this month, so hoping to see you at the tables...! And it seems that currently a bit smaller amount of players attend the freerolls than usually, perhaps due to lower $25 prizepool - or this is only my thought...?

I, for one, appreciate your enthusiasm, it makes me actually consider playing in those leader boards just for the fun of the competition. Alas, I am currently engaged elsewhere. nice to see that you got few points under your belt and still have the determination to get higher in the leaderboard after noticing the condition of the games, hope you can maintain this much commitment and get higher

Thanks to all of you guys for the kind responses, really makes me feel welcome here, I appreciate that! Again I have to mention it being very hard to play in these freerolls, one the one hand the donks who really go all in with any random cards.. but I also have to say I think sometimes its a bit rigged.. there are times you lose with the best hands and sometimes you win with whatever you get.. dont get me wrong, I know there are up and downswings but its really very obvious at these freerolls. Anyways, wasnt a bad day pointwise again today.. all in all I collected 1,8 dollar which equals 1,8 points so far. I will keep you updated guys and wish you all the best luck!

Thanks to your Grats. Yeah I will love to battle with you in this leaderboard Hopefully it will push and motivate us to make it to the top30 (or at least one of us) But it will be hard work and we need for sure also a bit of luck to make it.
@MarcWinz: You are also welcome in the top30 Would love to see anyone of active mobsters there and not only PWleaking russians
I would give it a try if those tourneys would have like 5 or 6 mins blinds. I know that 10 mins give more time to have a good hand and it's better for new players, but well... even if someone will have just a NDB from BRM then it's not worth playing like what you've said? 4-5 hours to reach FT? Maybe I'll give it a try sometime, but IMO it takes a little bit too much time per tourney to consider playing for good place in leaderboards. But sometimes when I'll play my session I'll open this one additional table and see what happens
PS Where can I see how many points I'll get for my results?

Hehehe guys.. I got a good update.. I just won the 25 $ freeroll for the first time earning 5.63 dollars.. 5 hours of playing.. and in one hour i have to get up again to go to work at the army.. haha will be fun
