This is very interesting data you have extracted from the thread. I am, this very moment, taking out my pocket calculator to work on it. I am hoping to be able to present some results later this year, if the goverment just grants me the sufficient funds.

They are not rigging the tables, but doing something worst than that, laudering the players money.
US players were fully aware their money was being laundered - it was as service to them (the players). Obviously it has since become apparent that FTP management was a bit cruddy and they're stuck now $60M or something because they were crediting deposits for months before BF - and they were never counting on everyone needing their money at once.
