Please be aware that if you are now requesting the bankroll it will take until Sunday the 2nd of October to be credited to your account. After Sunday, bankrolls should be credited within a 24 to 72 hours timeframe. Everyone WILL receive their bankroll if they have gone through the steps correctly and comply with the rules of the promotion. We are terribly sorry about this delay, but it will be worth the wait

With someone from Mansion answering questions, i guess this is a good opportunity to ask why i can't join in the fun. I'm from Canada ( and yes i realize there is a country list, Canada is not on it ) but why are we ( Canada ) not eligible to participate at your site ? Thank you.

Very nice that a represantative of the room takes care of us mobsters here who like to use this bonus. Maybe I will also give it a try. One question regarding clearing that bonus: What is the time limit for clering ?
@ FreewayJam - We simply started a trial based on these countries to see how it goes. Canada has not disappointed us so far however, which is why I will try to see if we can include Canada in the future.
@ MIG014 - We currently have no time limit for clearing this bonus, although this may change in the future.

So you still didn´t received the bonus ? Thought this guy was taking care of the community here and would inform about the reason for further delay. He had such a good start here...
I've had trouble getting a bonus from Rakebrains on mansion poker. In the end rakebrains sent it in my moneybookers account because and I quote them "due to Mansion not being able to fullfill their deal of the promotion, we at Rakebrain will pay out the cash at the same time as Referral payments are made next week"...
Aside from that mansion seems like an ok site, maybe they just need more ressources.
