How many days have passed since you received the approval? Sometimes it can take a few more days… I have experienced a bit of everything. Last bonus I asked for it took more than 1 and ½ week to be available. Don’t worry. You will get it and it will be fast till you see yourself sit at those tables. GL

By far my fastest bonus here was from yachting poker. registered in the morning... checked the news, seen the mailbox, after 2 hours or so go back to check it just in case and it was already there! took way longer here for the status to be updated to "approved" lol. almost spent it all before it did
