software is average but they hav nice traffic so games fill fast. for micro stakes sng - rake is bit too high, so avoid them. william hill hav gud promotions and support, so thats a plus. and apparently there are many bots on network if u want, u can read reviews of ipoker sites here - http://www.bankrollmob.com/poker-reviews.asp

William hill is the 1st site i ever played online poker on it get's a from me i don't play their much no more tho as i play pokerstars but do go back their from time to time

William Hill wasn't a good experience for me. The support is very fast though.
It had alot of disconnection problems when I was trying it out 4 months back, I can assure you that the problem wasn't on my end because I have one of the best internet connections possible and I was actually playing at PokerStars and Titan Poker at the same time and no problems occured there. When I asked if they could kindly refund me the money that I lost while having the disconnection problems they said that was not possible.

In my opinion William Hill is without doubt the best room of the iPoker Network. Best promotions and the best customer service. In fact, the only room in which the network fully trust.

ive had a nightmare in willie hill 1st i dont get my no deposit bonus then i lose 2k in the live roulette and when i asked them for my casinobonus they turn round and tell me live casino doesnt count as casino so iam not getting deposters bonus (nightmare )wont be depositing any more in there

2000$ in online roulette When its about a bonus be sure you read the Terms in any room you decide to play first. Im sure they have it written somewhere.

It's weird that opinions about william hill are so different, i mean many say it's a really good platform but in the same time there are people that say had bad experince with them...
I gues i should try it myself to see whats what if they have good promotions

You don't get bad beats there I assume?
Lots of them, my friend!!!!!
But badbeats dont change my opinion about poker sites. Pokerstars is the number 1.. and the EVowes me lots of $$$.

I have played on the old William Hill (aka cdpoker), had pretty good experience with the software. Support is very quick and helpful and there is a online chat support, which is really nice
from me i don't play their much no more tho as i play pokerstars but do go back their from time to time
