Got update problems since days. Tried at different systems and OS with thousand config setups. Summery stays the same - HP is sending bad data packages to me, during the update process. And the so called "good" support doesnt answer and let me standing in the rain.

Slowly I believe theres someone dont wanting me to participate there, for whatsoever reasons. Got that feeling that something spooky is going on since the day when the brm tiourney with the wrong password was held.
If it wouldnt be the case, why dont they answer? Or just put a full working version on their website? Not much and I am fed up and ready to cash out.

It seems like it's possible it could be your ISP itself. Have you tried accessing their site/software from a computer OUTSIDE of your home network? It's pretty unlikely that 2+ pcs would have the same issue, so I'd check a different internet connection.

Well, thanks. I tried to reach the cashier by a weblink, but they dont accept my login data. Only god knows why. Now I wrote to the official cashier support that I would like to cashout. If they wont answer me either, I know whats going on here again.

Just a suggestion, but could you not visit a friends/families house, download the software and make your withdrawal that way? you could even ring your friend/family (if you trust them) and instruct them on how to do it!

I contacted my ISP about it but they dont give any comments. So I still dont know for sure why this happens. I would expect that HP at least answer to this query, but they didnt. Finally I managed it to put a working installation together using "wine" at a Linux environment and passing the data to my main installation. Very tricky but at the time it works out agian Smile

argh. while I am writing these lines the whole thing starts again! Is there really a new update for today or is something frauding my system????

There is most probably something wrong with your pc, did you try reinstalling the poker software and doing a clean reboot of your connection ?

Yes I did. Working for days now to get rid of these problems. Mabe something external overriding my setup. Last night I could login and register for tourneys and even won a bit at Omaha Cashgame. Today I had to do a new pokerclient update and then all Tourneys were gone in the HighPulse Lobby. Only Cashgame Ringtables were sightable.... AND NOW THE SOFTWARE ASKS FOR 2 NEW UPDATES AGAIN Aww crap! Aww crap! Dont know what that means, but I will get it - my teeth are sharp now!

Hi Doberhain, were you able to get this issue resolved or to process your withdrawal? Have you tried another location? It's working fine for me right now, not sure if that helps.

I'm not sure they'd purposely go after you, there doesn't seem to be any incentive. If you're profitable then you will be able to continue playing and generate rake. If the block you, no rake and you withdraw, double sucks for them.

Also I saw Axel77 today and he has won the most money their As far as I know so it's probably something else.

I dont know if they are going after me. It is just I am a bit pissed of that all this happens during the BRM contest and the support doesnt care about it. Also they didnt reply regarding my cashout request. I will do a MB transfer to verify the account and then hopefully cashout 2/3 and look what will happen then.

At the time I am logged in. Took me a year of my life, I swear. Had to copy some files manually.

If somebody got a similar update problem with the 32Bit MS installation: if your update completed but doesnt work or it asks for new updates again and again, copy all files from the /High Pulse/New folder to /High Pulse and overwrite the existing files.
Also get rid of the corresponding files in C:/windows/installer/{AC05AC51-5E65-448C-B555-CF956768B76C}
That did it for me at the moment. Have to wait the next update alert now! Blink

They are a new site, so you will experience some technical difficulties in the software department, give it some time and these problems will be fixed.

Well glad to hear you got it sorted out, surprising you had to go to such effort. I wonder what happened to your update? Did you pc shut down at all or drop connection during one of the updates?

I suppose as long as it's good now that's all that matters.

I got crc and frame errors in the received data packages during the client-update. So the whole process stopped at some points. While update 1/2 loaded fine to 100%, update 2/2 mostly stalled at 49% ... So I thought maybe their servers use some kind of exotic mtu settings and tricked around a bit with another connection type and linux. What at least brought me to the point that I was able to load a full version.
The problem then was, that the client wasn´t really updated automatically in the release I received, so I had to solve it manually.... just two out of several probs I did face so far...

So every day without a new update is a good day ! Let´s hope that they can solve their technical issues soon.
