up to now i can not see any options on cashing out. is it normal or i just have to make my first deposit to be able to see cashing out options.

Most sites do require you make a deposit of some sort, before you're allowed to withdraw. I'd suggest just make the minimum deposit, then just withdrawing.

Yeah can confirm, I had the same problems, in the T&C's it states that a deposit must be made before a withdrawal is possible.

You should deposite the min. of 10 euros. I suggest you use moneybookers . People had no problems that way.

You just need to make a min deposit and you are good to go after that...

I would also suggest you to upgrade to the latest version of their poker client, unfortunately this means to uninstall and reinstall the application.

Confirmed...make deposit of 10 euros and then cash out.
I used VISA (after helpful advice on this forum) and all was processed within a couple of days.
10 euros in and well...plenty out!!! Blink

Greetings Macerez, not sure if it was you or someone else that asked this earlier but in any case the above advice is good. You need to make the requisite deposit to High Pulse before the withdrawal options become visible.
