Ask your friend to have the email resent and also check the spam mail to see if its in there, I am sure they can sort it all out. Ask your friend also to send an email to BRM and see how this can be resolved. Cheers and Good Luck!!!
Thanks anyway dude, but she made all these stuffs and nothing happens. She tried to have the email resent, and also checked the spam folder, and moreover, she sent an email to BankrollMob, departament Support, but they did not respond yet.

No, this is not the problem. You know, after all these stuffs that Arthur said, she used FORGOT MY PASS. And she entered there her email, and the site or you know, bankrolmob platform said that the email was sent and the new pass will come in ten minutes. So, the email is good, caz, in the other case, the platform probably would said that the email did not exist in their platform.
