my bankroll was approved yesterday and it said it should only take a few hours to be in my account on redbet.

any of you have any idea how long it takes?

It can actually take up to couple of days in some cases, the magic word is patience...

Normally no longer than awek. Send a mail again to the support. Sometimes the pokerrooms forget to send a verification mail to the affiliates.

how long does it take for ur bankroll to be approved at party poker and also i have a playmon account at pp never played for real money at pp.

yeh i jus started a thread on the same thing not realisin there was this 1, ive bin waitin a week an about 2 days since bankroll mob support said they'd check

Hi Clarbaden and welcome to the forums, DaCapo is probably on the right track seeing as the above poster is having some difficulty with the same site. Don't forget to let us know once things get cleared up.

@AHMED000: Don't forget to follow the sign up instructions exactly. That's a good offer but make sure you follow all the steps in order to qualify. Also welcome and be sure to let us know how things go as well.

hi i waited about a week for mine and emailed brm support got a message back sayin its in my account...so i looked and it wasnt there.
got on to redbet and received an email from them that it was there.looked and wasnt there.

left it a day checked again...nothing there.

hmmm. contacted live support when it opened..was waitin in queue and noticed i wasnt logged in at top of support page.so logged in...and wallah my balance was 5 euro
even though the poker platform shows 0.
what you have to do is go to this main page and transfer the funds to your poker account, as they have 1 main page then you can transfer your funds between poker, casino, betting.

i just tried your method grahamy27 and it says in the main page that my account balance is zero.

and dacapo, you mean i should send an email to redbet? or to bankroll mob?

email redbet then they will sort it for you. i told them im waiting on my starting capital that i received via brm.
they then sent me an email stating it was in my account.

That trick with the main page seems to gain grounds lately.
Many players getting confused and actually most of the times there is no kind of info to the players in how to act.

grahamy helped me out actually although im not sure if this is what he meant. i went on www.redbet.com signed in on there, with my username. an it has a few different networks which u cud have funds in. two of them are the 2 poker softwares. an it said i had 5 euros in one of the networks even tho wen i went on the poker software it wasnt in there still, so i transferred it on the website 2 the other network for the other software. an it was there instantly.

this is getting stupid now, iv emailed them and received no response, i have download both rooms and logged in and theres no funds anywhere, i dunno what else to do Confused

dunno, mine was there all along i think. contact bankroll mob support also if you havent already thats the best advice i can give

Ok iv sorted it, they must have lost the information or something.

For people in future all you have to do is login into your account on the redbet website and contact live support, they will say "i will contact the promotions manager" and it should appear in your account shortly
