I go to the PokerStars on my account and I wrote that I came from another computer, even though I had never dropped in on him except with his laptop! What should I do?? I wrote a support.

Yup , can't understand much of it , but I think it's about the problem with you are logged in from another computer or something like that , if this is your problem , and you want an answer , blink twice Cool

common problem caused by server restart. Just contact their support.

Someone have had the same problem on PS before, just the other day, and he also wrote here about it. You did the best thing, writing to the support telling them about it, and now you know your account is under their eyes, which in this case is a good thing. If something strange happens, they know it can be another user doing it different from the real one. Don’t forget to tell us if support or anyone from PS contacts you about this. We should all be informed, it can be some kind of piracy net trying to catch all of us.

Greetings DfRus, I gathered the same as the others that Poker Stars software said you were signed in somewhere else, is that right?

If so, like Fakiry said, It happens sometimes on PS just email them and they'll fix you up right quick.

If you applied for some sort of offer and they're saying someone else at your address already did you may have some other work to do,

Let us know if you got it figured out.

I think i know what are you talking about, in fact it's a pretty common problem that pokerstars has...

You contact support and you'll have acces to your account in no time. Good luck and keep us posted!
