That never happened to me personally software wise.. it happens when my connections fails .. won't say its not possible tho. Mail them they will for sure watch out and see if your right.. if it's your connection get a new one lol

If its not your connection problem you should look for compensation. But before you go overboard make sure that you were able to connect to the site through your ISP. Why im saying this. In the past ive lost connection with a site while my Internet was running but it turned out that my ISP had problems connecting with a couple of addresses. (they tried explaining me but i didnt undesrtand a thing with all those technical terms). So it wasnt Poker site's fault. I had just lost connection with the poker site only due to ISP problems.
