HI , I just thought i would bring to light a few problems that are appearing at Party Poker. I registered for a tourney while playing another tourney on their site. The tourney was paused once the tables were seated, The whole time i had both tourney tables open. Tourney 2 had this message displayed across it '' the game is paused play will resume shortly''. 45 mins later and the table disappeared, when checking the lobby i find that the tourney is running still and that we have gone from 4080 runners to only 3 who have accumulated all the chips between them. When questioning there support staff all i get is that the tourney was paused due to technical issues, but they cannot give me an explanation as to why the tourney is nearly over with 3 runners left and all the chips between them. This is impossiblee as anyone who plays these tourneys know that they are never down to 3 runners after 45 mins. here is the dilemma, it appears that there software has been compromised, this has happened on too many occasions for it to be a fault, there explanation for it is always the same answer, ''the toruney was paused due to technical issues'' even though the tourney still is running. I know that i am not the only player who has suffered from this but i just thought i would bring it to light as there seems to be no mention of it any where else. Anyone experience similar issues?

I've had tournaments frozen in the same way you describe a while back. They were software issues, and I'm assuming this is the same.
Normally, the tournament is cancelled, and all remaining players either get their buy-in back, or buy-in + additional profit in relation to your stack if some players have been played out before it froze.
You should get a mail in a couple of days and the amount in your account. They usually need a few days to sort it out.
Never had a few players left at a table afterwards, that's kinda strange...

so many times i have some problems whit the software of PP it happens so often that i register for a tournament and when the mtt starts they dont bring me to the table and i have to search the mtt and see that its already running and i have to open the lobby of the mtt and search my name to bring my self to the table this happens so many times and what happens also so many times if you have the break and you wait a litle more or take a few min more break sometimes the deck is keeping folding your hands even if you press the.. i am back button.. and then i have to log out and log in again before i can start playing i see that it happend to more players in the past and i ask my self when do they solve these problems and there are more problems like your own account page details where you can see your promotions and bonusses also that one is not 100%

Yeah, that happens a lot, and is very annoying! It happened just the other day, after pressing the "I am back" button, I found myself with AA in the next hand, and when the betting came around to me, it folded my hand... Awful...
I know this has something to do with the connection timeout dialog you get every 10 minutes or so when you're not playing. When a tournament is about to start, and your table is opened, you'll have this situation if a timeout occurs before the actual play starts.
You don't have to log out though. Just closing the table, and opening it up again, prevents this issue. I do this always now, about one minute before the start, I close the table, find my username in the lobby, and double click it.
This "Connection timeout" dialog appeared about a year ago in the software, and it's buggy and annoying. It is meant to prevent hand mining, but I can't imagine it does that very well either...

Wow… that doesn’t seem a fairly reasonable explanation for PP to give to any player. Did you paid to enter that tourney that didn’t worked or it was a freeroll? Half a year ago, I have had some problems with PP. I didn’t bother too much because it was almost only at freerolls. What happened was that I register, they were to be stating in half an hour, I would be playing in another site, with PP site kept open, and when the table of PP open it always appear that I was sit out. I clicked the “I’m Back” button but nothing happened. That I contacted them and some time after (I am talking about several days this has happened) the problem was solved, but I lost some opportunities, for entering the freerolls without the chance of playing them because of malfunction of the site.

I was an avid fan of Party Poker in the beginning and they have done nothing but leech me drop me from tourneys not assign me to tourneys I was signed up for I.e having to find them myself and click re click and sometimes restart the party poker software before I can join my tourneys

I had party software problem two days ago and thought i had problems with my pc. So i moved the software from my pc and downloaded party one day later again. And now i have no more problems, so i think the party software have leaks after the last update?

I remember having such problems in the past with Tournaments at Party poker network. One frequent one was and probably still is having the client open and the tournament table doesnt open automatically so if you dont pay attention you may forget completely about this. Also while in game sometimes the hands were autofolded and you couldnt do anything about this besides closing and reopening the table
For those of you that are as annoyed with the 10 minute timeout, as I am, I've created a new thread Party Poker "Inactivity dialog" timeout hack, where I offer a little script I made to automatically close the dialog.
This would alleviate the problem with tournament tables not opening when the tournament starts.

I came across these thumbnails today, that i forgot when first read this post but I'll put it now as i sometimes there looks like there strange things that go on on some sites, but I like this site i don't think they would do this on purpose!?
I have had few problems with PP in past, when i first started and few months after and smaller one's (internet connections etc, when i had very good hand's or the nuts?)
When first started PP it keeped stopping me for ticking BB/fold/check etc, it would just sitting me out(every time i click on tick box?) then I couldn't reenter game . I didn't play for few months after this as thought as it was like treating me like beginner (i was in beginner's freeroll though lol) and i didn't know what i was doing
then this happened one time (thumbnails) i could not see or click on any buttons etc it just Beeped me off as i was in important game (for me) All Thee Best
