I've taken an sportsbook deposit bonus from betway up to 50 Euros (rollover requirements were 750 Euros) and now they have taken my winnings away after i have fullfilled the requirements just because i wasn't allowed to make single bets in excess of 15 Euros.
They have rewritten their casino terms and conditions into the sportsbook section that they will take all of your winnings if you make single bets which are in equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of the bonus.
it's like saying we can't give you the $100 PokerBonus and that all of your winnings were void cause you have played NL50.

Before taking any bonus in any site you need to read all the requirements first just to be sure. And when you take a bonus in a small site like that you need to be even more cautious. You can take screenshots for the Terms where on at the time tou took then and use them as evidence in your future claiming. I took a lesson like that while ago and now i get a screenshot of everything. Not that it can help 100% of the times though and since most of the sites have the "our decision is final" then you need to have money and time to spend to get them in court

they just gave me my initial deposit back and yes i have complained but they say that they have every right to do what they have done because of their rewritten terms and conditions....
i have reported them to sbr ratings and contacted some affiliates and i hope that the lga will help too cause i have seen that i wasn't the only victim.

I never heard about Betway sportsbook before, how is the competition soft or tough? How is the customer service of theirs? Maybe I will try the pokerclient.
