Is anyone ells having trouble signing in to 888 it will load up ok . It then asks for user name and password. then say unable to connect try again or contact customer support its been doing this for about two hours now . i just want to play poker. i think i will contact customer support see what they say.

It works for me , just tryed to login , and it works fast as usual, don't know what to say , maybe it's a problem with your internet provider , don't know how it works but maybe's it's the server people in Uk use to connect to 888 , tell us what support says about it , maybe there are other people in your situation.
its still the same now i was thinking i might be because one of the kids in the house has made a account there. He got the bonus i didnt and my acount was made first. had the acount for months now so i not sure . will post when i find out.
yessssss . I sorted it out now. after a day and a half now of no 888 . What it was i think i have been moving my poker and casino programs to my own user account on PC so kids don't log in to my account and lose my cash all i did was uninstall it and then reinstall it back. It worked first time after that. i was starting to think that i had got a ban for something.any way nothing to worry about now.

Yeah when you move the files to another location, the software doesn't realise this and thinks there's nothing there.
Also I found with 888 that some poker software interferes with it, i downloaded a couple trial programs and they stopped 88 from working, then when i uninstalled them and reinstalled 888 all worked fine again.

Lol, how many years old your kid ? I hope his skill better than you anyway, good hear you no have problem anymore and start playing. Good luck. Do you just have member of 888,no have another ?

LOL. 888 is a great site and easy to use. The BRM freerollleaderboard is fab...though just bombed out of the latest game. DOH!!!! Just try and remember where you keep it on ya PC!!!!!
