On May 16th I decided to play at intertops poker I wanted there first deposit 1000 freeroll, so I deposited about 37 usd and bankrolled up to 121 usd. till today I havent recieved that ticket so watch out guys if ur playing at intertops poker.

Sounds as though you could probably score a ticket for the next one though, closer to the date. Hopefully if you go on CS again you'll get somebody a bit more friendly/helpful.

I'd ask if you made the required 10 FPP, but since you said you ground 35 up to 137, that you likely put in the volume to get them. Only other thing I can think of is maybe you didn't meet the requirements before the tickets were handed out.

I'd suggest sending a VERY nasty e-mail to their support line if you did, and they still won't give you the ticket.

It really pains me to see poker rooms screwing players like this, especially in light of all the scandals online poker has faced lately. You'd think rooms would be bending over backwards to accommodate players, especially given the hard times they have been facing.

If all else fails, perhaps write an e-mail to support here about your poor experience. I'm not sure if BRM has a deal with Intertops because I haven't looked at what they offer in a long time, but if they do, and enough people complain, BRM may be motivated to cancel their deal. They have in the past.

Hi dys55. Well that just sounds like BS to me. I think I would leave the dosh in youir account until you receive the ticket. When you do withdraw all your dosh, play the freeroll - WIN IT withdraw the cash and then go tell them to f**k themselves.............

so i made 3 deposits ..unable to use 100k bonuscode...then 4 days later i see my tickets for a month are gone and they want another deposit,,,,fuckers....i stop depositing there now.....

the months prior to this he bonuscode 100k was available no mather how many deposits u made...

smart marketing i call that,, to chance conditions ,without letting us know...had a few issues more with them.. so this is it...i will not dep.there any more ,think i bann them from today on...so sorry..

that's what u get if u treat customers like this...i thought the custumor had high priority to make there bussiness flow..appereantly not..
