I recently signed up to this site, and was approved for a bonus which I never recieved...I've contacted this sites "SUPPORT" and NEVER received a response, and or answers to my questions/complaints.... Is this how they treat everybody or am I the lucky one??
first off this site does work, secondly a large percentage of the time a problem occurs bankrollmob cannot do much more than you can about it.
This doesnt excuse them for not replying to your questions, but i dont know if there non reply excuses your reaction to them.
I have had issues with there support staff taking a long time to reply and it doesnt seem to me that live chat is on very frequently at all (i may just be on at wrong times considering i live on other side of the world) but they have allways solved my issues eventually.
my advice is you use your pleases and thankyous though, before you start making accusations that people arent doing there jobs, they may be sick / snowed under or trying to do things to solve your problem behind the scenes.

I'm gonna need a ticket code, so I can lookup your mail. You usually receive the ticket code within a few hours of when you sent us an e-mail using the "support & faq" page.

In my experience with help and support, the emailing part does seem rather slow (havent gotten a response from an email 1ish month old) but when you contact Live Support, they will resolve your problem very efficiently. If you haven't tried live support yet, I recommend you do.

LTK1530194033X: This was replied to and taken care of, your alias was updated accordingly. Basically, this ticket ID was replied to you about 2 times and your replied back both times as well.
LTK1530230749X: No reply.
LTK1530311127X: No reply.
LTK1530395844X: No reply.
LTK1450157298X: This was replied to but never got a reply back from you.
Do note, however, that I cannot check livechates from those ticket codes. It's possible that the 3 codes without reply was released because our supporter believed the issue was being dealt with from another side. Very often people contact us in all possible ways and then it's impossible to do a proper case handling. It's very important to stick to the same channel of communication until your problem has been resolved.

Is that right?!!! Firstly, there were never live chats...secondly..A proper case handling??? Are you serious? It's the account holder's fault then? Hmmm...that's interesting. I would now like to kn0w how to close my account on this site, and remove any personal information that I've given up to this ridiculous site. Any advice on that one?? Or maybe I'll be given the run around on that one too....
I have always had questions answered promptly and emails or live chat questions taken care of. I dont know whats happening with everyone else. Patience is a virtue.
