Am I right to guess that you selected Moneybookers as your withdrawal choice? If this is the case, you might want to refer to the Moneybookers HOLDUP thread which should give you all the necessary information (all posted by the admin).
If you're too lazy, basically Bankrollmob have reached their money sending limit on moneybookers and are currently trying to fix this issue. Until this is fixed, all withdrawals to moneybookers (and neteller, I think) are on hold.

You earn points by referring people or writing in the forum. Lucky7VIN the first 5 posts you make every day will be rewarded by Bankrollmob with 10 points per post and I think 5 point per post if it is in Off-topic. When you reach 5K points(50$) you can withdraw them to Neteller/Moneybooker/pokersite. You can also use the points for shots at the SAFE which you find under the Mobaccount tab.
