Full Tilt Poker will reopen in most countries and we plan to apply for a global license with the Isle of Man and Malta gaming authorities. We are not currently planning to seek a license to operate Full Tilt in France, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Belgium and Estonia. Full Tilt players in these countries will be able to play on PokerStars."

no-one else reached an agreement with the DOJ! group bernard tapie were very close but they couldnt finalise it. this is the only time an agreement has been finalised. so its defo coming back now within 90days. so it could be any time from now but no longer than 90days. 90days is the maximum time allowed for it to be back online.
oh and the US players will be back once their government pull their fingers out and legalise online poker. pokerstars and fulltilt poker have already been given permission to apply for a license once online poker has been legalised in the states.

I read the whole 2+2 thread. SUCKS !!!
I could have gone Belgium or Spain, and BOTH are out. Can't believe it ! They say we can play on Pokerstars. Big F'ing Deal ! I can do that now. I'ts just a huge Bingo Festival with 1.000's of runners in most tournaments. Pffffffffffff.....
Full Tilt was the only site I ever really LOVED playing on, and it will never happen again for me. A very sad day in my Poker Lifetime.

So, looks like all the online poker players that emigrated from USA to keep with their activity can now return home ans enjoy the pleasure of working where they always wanted to be. This will be happening real soon, now we just have to try to know the details of the new way of activity of FT. I am sure it will be world wide, because they own Money to people from everywhere, not only from the States, but will U.S. poker players be able to play against players from other countries?

It looks like, and i say again it "looks" like good news. Not for all those, since americans will have to deal with DOJ to get their money back, and those countries left out will have some problems too, getting their money out eventually if they reopen

interesting to see some countries excluded, probably it's a lot harder to get a license there, well sooner or later full tilt will be active in the same countries as stars, since this w ill be the same company- even legally they will be separate companies, so i think it's only a matter of time since full tilt is open globally (exept us for now at least)
