I've been playinag at Carbon for more then 6 months and haven't had any issues with depositing or withdraws. Recently I was required to submit my I.D., complete a verification form and send credit card info. All has been completed and even after many contacts with their support I can't deposit anylonger. They say I should be able to, but I send e-mails daily.
Just wondering if anything like this has happened to any of you Mobsters? Even if it's another site!
Wanting to play really bad and starting to get frustrated. Have tried everything!
thats really bad news green....I play at carbon but only freerolls so i cannot give any idea about your problem....Hope your problem will be solved soon....Its really frustrating if no poker....

Never deposited at Carbon so far but planning to do so. With payment method did you used. And have you changed it from your first deposits (just an idea, because you wrote that you recently opened a moneybookers account)

Many sites do request identification documents in random It has happened with me before asking for ID in the third cash out, but everything went smoothly.
Have you managed to resolve the situation yet. If they have a phone number like Macubaas says, better try that.

Using the same credit card I've always used and never had a single issue. All of a sudden they require verification in which I've provided two times and received feedback via e-mail that they (Carbon) has received the documentation and I should be able to deposit.
It's really becoming frustrating which I try not to endure.

Still, this never happpend to me on any poker platform for that matter, usually there are problems with cashouts, not deposit.
