Just one question...would you have folded to a 4x-6x preflop raise? K one more.., If not what about a pot size cbet on the flop? Last one.., If not what about a shove on the turn? which is what happened here. So I'm guessing with 9 outs you figured you were good to go and hit this time. Wonder what the chat box looked like?

Yeah I proabably would have folded to a bigger bet preflop, or a c-bet on the flop, or a big bet on the turn. He done neither. The action happened post river btw, not on the turn. I had to edit the hh to the max because it was in c+ programming language, and I couldn't figure out how to get it in just text. I forgot to put the community cards before the post river action.

I know I shouldn't have raised at this stage, from that position, on that hand, but its boring folding all the time

I only slow played aces when i started playing poker. After some time and watching the results i was getting that way i turned it to all in preflop, every single time im getting them.

Once saw a good game.Hero with KQ raises from UTG,all folds,BB calls.Flop was K48-rainbow,without flash draw.Hero raises 1\2 of pot,BB calls.Blank turn not increases any hand. And again hero raises 2\3 of pot. This raise was almost half stek(there was nl100 limit).BB only calls again. And a queen falls on river. The second pair came to our Hero on river.Ofcourse Hero goes all-in with this nuts BB easy call. What an interesting question. What hand had an opponent? The answer is simple.Ofcourse it was a good slowplay with a pair of aces. That is why,I think(and i think its not only my opinion),not very good idea to slowplay with a pair of aces...All good luck on the tables

Nice example. I totally agree with you, I can’t remember the last time I slow played aces, but I can still remember he left me with a punch in the stomach feeling that made me never wanting to repeat it. That doesn’t mean I go all-in pre-flop each time I have it, no, that would also be throwing away one of the best hands one can have, but I play it in a strong way pre-flop, which I think it turns it hard to find about what I have. After a first strong move, you can even go passive on the flop, because you know you have eliminated almost all of those who would play any hand, but never showing fear and trying to go unnoticed, that’s no good when others show higher hands in the hand. To loose with aces is a possibility, but at least it happens in a hand played with strong bets.
