In September a series of rumours and leaked documents reported many details contained within Reid/Kyl's bill aimed at legislating online poker in America.
Rich Muny from the Poker Players Alliance explained that they had obtained a copy of the Reid/Kyl bill and that:
"It's very clear and explicit that there are no criminal penalties for players. They knew we would likely oppose a bill with player penalties and were willing to answer us on that."

I think if there will be a penalties for players if that PLAYERS who cheats and collusion still practice that methods for doing money... they can wonder : JAIL for few $ ?
