Hi guy's, I would like some advice concerning my account with ftp, I have forgot my password and also email address, but I remember my user name. It says to click on the forgot password box when I try to log into my account, but when I do this it says to give the email address link'd to my account, witch I had mention'd I have also forgot. So please if anybody out there gives 2 hoot's to help me out, I would be very thankful, Thank you all good day

I'm having a similar issue. I'm ok with account name and email but I've forgotten the password. I've tried to do the password re-set but the promised email with my temp password doesn't arrive.
think you'll have to contact FT support and explain your case. If you can remember which email account you changed ie hotmail, yahoo, etc their support may be able to provide you with details of the old account. Even in this age of computer files it's always best to have a hard copy on file for times like this. GL

I know I probably can't even register, but just all the same I surely can't remember none of that information myself. I hope this doesn't create an issue with trying to get my BR back if, I get the opportunity to play at FullTilt again. didn't give this much thought until reading this post.

Update, I was reading this on full tilt's web site, What if I cannot access the email account registered on my Full Tilt Poker account?
The security of your Full Tilt Poker account is intrinsically linked to your email account. For this reason, we strongly suggest you contact your email provider (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail) directly. In most cases, the provider will be able to assist you in recovering access to your email, however, if you are still having issues, please contact [email protected] for further instructions.
yup ...maybe you can contact the email provider first and if nothing happens contact ftp....i have many times forgot my password but it has been always easy to retrieve my account....

Things might take a little longer because you have fogotten your email address, however if nothing else works out you can try contacting Full Tilt directly. I imagine that it would be something like forgetting your PIN number for a debit / credit card, where they just need to verify that you are the correct person for the account before they give you access. Let us know how things turn out.

There will be many login issues like that. And their support isnt gonna be answering any time soon i guess since they are gonna be bombarded already with emails for every single thing. Good thing i have the data written on a paper

Actually guys , I tryed the same thing last night , and I received the email with the temporary password in about 30 seconds , so don't know what to say , for me it worked ok ! , and bonus : I have 0.46 $ in my account , so that's a big boost =)).

yep. try sending the lovely ftp support people an email with everything you can remember and i am sure they will do what they can to get you back at the tables to take more of your money from you . im sure itll work!!!!!!

yeah like many mobsters pointed above- if you can't do something yourself, you will just have to contact the support. explain everything and hope for the best. probably this will take some time, cause i believe you're not the only one with such problems. other way out of this is to create a new account i guess- especially if you didn't have any money left in your old account

i can remember my user name and pw but i cant access the computer i was on when ftp shut down so i sent them an e-mail last monday including all the details i remembered and a scan of my drivers license. still waiting for their security team to sort it out. i guess i wont be playing at ftp tomorrow good luck with your case.

Im just downloading the software now. Lets see what, it looks like. I wont login till tomorrow though. Just setting up the software to have it ready.Either way if something is wrong with it and cant log in, it will take sometime before i get a response from support. First few days 100% of their employees must be working 24hrs shift there

Tomorrow will be the big day and i bet the FT site will be fully crowded during a big part of the day. I still haven't downloaded the site neither tried to enter my acount. I guess i have y data from there saved in a safe place, so i'm not thinking about passing through what you are passing now. About your problem, maybe you should try to contact online support directly and explain all of that, but it won't be easy. How can they prove it's you if you only know the nick, think about someone else who knows the nick of a guy with probably lots of money on his account, they will ask for your docs again, namely identification card and stuff like that, for sure. If not, people who have lots of money there can have their money in risk again!!!

As i said it take around 3 days for the support team to answer and reactivate your account, i have another friend that did the same...
Unfortunately for some of you guys you can't participate on the fun from the first days, i already played some play money games but it isn't fun at all.

had simmilar issue once, i think it was on 888, they just needed me to upload ID documents to verify and i got acc back.
If not, people who have lots of money there can have their money in risk again!!!
