Rafe Furst, one of those indicted in the Black Friday case against Full Tilt, has made a settlement with the U.S. Attorneys' Office. Furst admits no wrongdoing and that he maintains he was unaware of the any unlawful conduct at Full Tilt.

It was also revealed that Furst will be attributed with no blame in the civil case against him once he has paid off the money owed to the DOJ.

While the initial amount requested by the government was $11,706,323, it's not been made clear how much of that amount he will eventually have to pay back.

However, the document does highlight a further $150,000 as "additional funds" which must also be paid back. Moreover, all monies paid back by Furst will be used to repay affected players.

While Furst has come to an agreement to with the DOJ, both Lederer and Ferguson are yet to settle their cases.

wait a second: guy has agreed to pay off over $11 millions & he is found "unaware of any unlawful conduct" - where the fcuk does he have those $11 mil in his account then & why does he have to return them? it is because he woke up one morning to find his account credited with an "accidental" transaction of pesky $11 millions?

pochui is right here, i mean you can not simply make someone not guilty because he gives back the money that he stole...

One thing are the money and another thing is the criminal act that he did and he must pay for it.
