Playboy has teamed up with Amaya Gaming to launch a branded poker room on the Ongame Network.
Having once hosted a virtual platform on the Cryptologic Network, Playboy was forced to close their operation in 2009 due to the impact of UIGEA.
However, a recent deal between Amaya and Playboy now means that scantily clad women will adorn poker lobbies across the world once again.
Playboy Poker will join the likes of EuroPoker, bwin and Betfair Poker on Amaya's Ongame Network and offer games in a selection of permitted territories.

Pretty interesting move, i think the company behind playboy wants to take advantage of their brand and make some extra cash from their new poker room...
Frankly i think that poker players are attracted by good pokerpromotions but probably they'll also have some good deals.

Playboy wasn't that sucessfull with their Cryptologic powered poker and casino, so i am a bit surprised that they make a second try at a online gambling outfit here.

Playboypoker- that sound nice. they just need to come up with decent tournament names: like i.e.: ordinary sit n' go tourneys should be renamed to "jerk n' go" tourneys. this will surely make them a huge success and even outdo pokerstars fo sure. get your hands ready playboypoker is cumming

Ha Ha Playboy Poker really sounds nice !!!!!! I think just the name itself will pull a lot of traffic !!! And if they use Pochui's ideas they will flourish in building a strong player base

I know the PlayboyCasino in Las Vegas is turning out to be a pretty well known place and I expect it will be hosting some of the bigger poker events within the next 5 years. It's a good move on their part to try and try again to keep their name in the poker world by promoting as much as they can to gain the poker worlds eye.
