Yup, first tourney of the year!!! Woo hoo, so far so good up too the first break. I am sitting with 7450 and average stack is 3724. Lets go Mobsters, post if ur playing or railin', always nice to see fellow mobsters in these tourneys. I will update again at the next break

------------
well, it's break time again! Played well, focus and concentration is good. Sitting at 18,587 and average is 6444. Now I am going to go enjoy the rest of break

------------
Ok sitting at 19,707, average is 15,115. The last hour was the tightest hour of poker I have played in a long time. I didnt get out of line with any marginal holdings. If it needed to be folded then it was folded. After dropping to 13k in chips ( blinded away, folding SB BB alot or folding after attempting a limp ) I picked up AJ diamonds in late position. I raised the standard 3x and was called by the BB. The flop was 5c As 2h, BB shoved the remainder of his stack into the middle, totaling 3100, it was an easy call with top pair, and nothing scary on the board. He flipped over Qc 2c and the turn and river blanked to give me a nice size pot of 8600 chips and saved thsat hour for me. Time to get back to work

------------
finished a very solid performance. won 3.67, which is far less then expected, however my KK NEVER holds up, this time utg min raises to 1600 and then re pop it too 4800, he calls. The flop is Q J 4 two diamonds. I push for 10,880 and villain calls because he holds JJ. Simple, very frustrated that an extremely superior performance gets brought down by sheer dumb luck, not a superior player, or a brain fart..........just bad luck prevents me from going anywhere

not sure if that will work
