,Hi guy's srry to post such an off topic, but I need any advice I can get, I live in a building with a nutt case property manager that is malicious and evil, one month ago I had a eviction hearing witch I had won against my property manager, witch they thought for sure they were going to win,
I now have been informed by my neighbor they are spreading a rumor saying to tenants in my building that I made a threat saying if I was to get evicted I would kill the property managers boyfriend, they are demonizing my character, this is out of frustration and desperation not being able to evict me, I am going to the police station to report this today, but I feel like they wont be able to do anything about this, I am so frustrated, any advice would help. Thanks

I have been thinking about moving, but right now I am stuck in between a rock and a hard place
------------ I have 3 other family members in my building also, so if I were to move we all would have to move. I mean this is an ongoing dispute my car tires were slashed a few months ago also my aunts motorized scooter was stolen around the same time, all set up by the property manager, but of course we got no proof it was actually them , and know this I mean I am trying to build a case against them but there sneaky rats that need to be caught in there act!!!!!!

Yup, no easy answers there. Unless you have proof of anything the police won't be able to help you with much.

I officially need a vacation I guess, I am surely not going to stoop down to there level, I know that's what they want me to do I guess so they can beat me at there own game, my plan for now is to ride out the storm, be alert and try and get something to prove they are malicious animal and they belong in a zoo.

Update: I officially have a lawyer, so no need for advice, but I do need to pay for his advice witch really blows cause I really cant afford all this, on the bright side I can use my financial down time wisely and read about bankroll management and poker related stuff, maybe fix all the leaks in my poker game and such also, cant wait for the summer to get here lol....peace out

Well, going to the police sounds like a good start.. But to be honest, the whole thing sounds like a massive head-f**k. IMHO if they're that set on causing you so much grief, you may be better off cutting your losses and moving on somewhere else, otherwise the whole thing might just evolve into a nightmare.

Hello jess, thank you for the wise advice, I am currently saving money to move but will have to wait awhile until then, it cost an arm and a leg to relocate, but when I finally do I will have no more stress in my life and will be able focus on my studies properly

Tell folks the reason he's spreading rumours is that you guys were having sex for quite a while.....UNTIL he gave you and STD and you told him to get lost.....
