Does anybody here experience with verification of identity on Gala pokerr? How long it took to you?
I made a minimum deposit and sent them documents 12. 4. to be able to withdraw few euros. They didnt verified me yet and my account is temporarily closed from that time. I have few experiences with verification on other pokersites and it didnt took longer than 2 days so I am little bit confused

Still no answer from them... I sent them second email 18th april, I asked them why it takes so long, If its normal, or If there is any problem with my verification. They didnt answer yet ...
WTH is gala some sort of SCAM? They took my 10euro deposit , my first deposit ever I will never deposit again

I can tell you a friend has withdraw over than $400 from that bonus of $10 in 3 days, he played at roulette and win... but he wait almost 3 weeks before get his money, a lot of verification, ID and other... hope you'll get your money ASAP

Well in my case the verification took about 2 days , and the money got in my account after 3 more days, all I can tell u is I deposited at gala a couple of times , I withdrawed 2 or 3 times , about 300-400 $ ...and I never had a problem with them....maybe they're just a little slow.
They took my 10euro deposit , my first deposit ever 
I will never deposit again
