They have got support "working on my issue" at the minute.
I need to deposit before i can cash out, no problem, i understand this is for verification or whatever. If that's the case at least have it so it actually works!
Only thing i can do is deposit from Poker Ace to Poker Ace. WTF??

You should look under MyBalance to see what amount is available to withdraw, due to the Held Funds functionality.
Our cashier is still being developed....
There is no Held funds section! lol
Their support is pretty good though and they are at least listening and trying to resolve the issue.

Yeah true, I imagine for most of the staff, english probably isn't their first language. Being an asian poker room and all
Their support in english is actually really good. Better than some "English" companies in fact.
The deposit from and to Poker Ace is a glitch with the actual cashier page itself. I select deposit from Neteller on the first page but when the next page loads its got the Deposit from part set to Poker Ace and I can't change it. It's basically saying I have to deposit from my Poker Ace account into my Poker Ace account

lmao. Just recieved this load of garbage e-mail.
