You're right, and it seems some new rules are on the way for future promotions, that will limit the allowed countries even more
It's simply a matter of the hard cold facts, we just can't get some countries to play enough (too low "player quality" , so it's either a further limitation of allowed countries, or no more bonuses at all. I have no further information at this time though.

But portuguese players are good, we have win the sunday millions, make final tables in the EPT, unibet pay to some portuguese players to play in tourneys, so why that rectrictions to portuguese players?

i dont think its down to brm but the poker sites in question.. if they are not recieving enough custom ie depositors say from your country then there would be no benefit of giving out free money to them. The purpose of a no deposit bonus is to attract you to the poker site in the hope you like it enough to deposit and continue playing there. Not just " hey lets give out some free money " there is a method behind the madness lol

holland has a lot of good players... like marcel luske and noah boeken so that could not be a point that lower quality people
