I can see that you managed to register " pochui " as a alias.
In fact, you registered that alias very very long time ago.
1. close the client 2. Uninstall it. 3. Install it 4. open the client and log in with pochui and your password. 5. If you still get an error please contact our support on live chat and they will be able to help you quicker.

I just would like to say congratulations to 24hPoker that decided to join the BankrollMob forum and to help mobsters. For the first time I see a representative of an online poker site who joined the community to help his customers. I am really excited that you did this!
The other poker sites should do the same to join the BankrollMob site and help mobsters. I have a 24hPoker account and I didn't play a long time ago, but I should start playing again there, because you made me a very good impression!
