i posted this to a BRM members thread, but i think it's one of the better 'downswing advice' info/vids i viewed, worth a watch by all-poker players, who take their long-term game serious.
Nicole's voice as been quoted 'sounds like Vanessa Selbst/Jodie foster 
Anyway get past that and she talks some good points that can help all of us ..imo.
lets not bicker here or argue of rigged games or bad beat stories etc etc etc ... just listen to her and take something that can work/help your MENTAL APPROACH to the game we love to hate at times!
