Hello, I made my party poker account a few days here, which offered € 7.40 after the opening of the account and membership, I am now with € 80.00 but I did not used my real name in the account, thinking that then later if i want to play more real money could change their account details, it is now possible to change the account details?
Cause I read that may refuse the withdrawal if my account details do not match with the details of withdrawal option.
Another question is if after I have deposited these € 7.40 for membership in the bankroll if I need to makel 100pps to make a withdrawal, i already send one email, and the answer was '' you have withdrawal options without deposit made''.

First of all I would like to welcome you for your first post at The BankrollMob forum. It is very sad that your first thread is based on this subject.
I am afraid that you are in big trouble, bro!
Please, listen to my advice now! I worked for Party Poker as Help Desk Agent and I know their rules! This is very bad that you changed your name.
As soon, as possible send them email explaining that you made a mistake and tell them your real name. Also, ask for a VOLUNTARY ACCOUNT VERIFICATION!
You have to send them:
=========================================================== 1.) Colour copy of your ID (both sides)
2.) Proof of address (copy of a new mobile phone bill, or electricity bill where you name and address is shown at the invoice. It could be also a court document or municipality document where your name and address registration is shown)
3.) Colour copy of your debit/credit card (both sides) only in case you use it for deposits at Party Poker. Use Paint Program and hide the first eight numbers XXXX XXXX 1234 5678 of the front of your card. Hide also the last 3 numbers (CVV2) of the back of your card.
4.) Bank document where it is said that the debit/credit card belongs to you. (Only in case you use debit/credit card for deposits and withdrawals)
If you don't send them all these documents, they will block your account when you try to cashout and you will no longer play there. Also they will confiscate your winnings.
So, please don't risk! Make your voluntary account verification and you can play there and cashout as well.
One more advice. Update your Party Poker Account with all the correct info. If your address is wrong, change it, if your birthdate is wrong, change it!
Make deposits only with debit/credit cards issued on YOUR NAME!!! DON'T USE OTHER CREDIT CARDS (FAMILY MEMBERS ETC.) IF YOU USE OTHER CREDIT CARDS FOR DEPOSITS, THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU WILL NOT CASHOUT!!! ONLY ONE PARTY ACCOUNT FOR ONE IP ADDRESS!!!
Well, don't waiste your time! If you want to continue playing at Party Poker, send them the documents!
By the way the Party Poker Custommer Support Agens are Bulgarians, and the Party Offices are here in Bulgaria.

Of course you have address registration! Every citizen does!
Don't worry about this! You are talking about the Proof of address, right? You don't need to send any electricity or mobile bills on your name!!!
You just go to the Municipaity of your city or the Court of your city or the Police Department of your city and ask them for ADDRESS REGISTRATION DOCUMENT ON YOUR NAME!!! They will give it to you just for 2 minutes! That is all! My PokerStars account and FullTilt Poker account were verified with a Court Document for Address Registration. I didn't send them any bills as well.
Plus, when you send them the copy of your ID, your address is there!
Or if you don't want to go to these institutions, the second option is (if you have debit or credit card), go to your bank office and ask them for a BANK STATEMENT DOCUMENT FOR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT where it is shown your name and address.
Yes, you can delete your Party Account by sending them an email, but they will start to ask you a lot of questions why you want to delete it and which are the reasons to do it?
It seems you start playing online poker now? Am I right? Just wherever you play online poker, always fill in the correct info, because you will not cashout in future and they will freeze your accounts.
Don't delete your Party account, just send them the documents and they will change all the info at your account. If you are thinking to delete it and creating a new Party account, that will not work! They will block and the second as well, when you try to cashout!

One very important rule!!! Before cashing out, you need to make at least one deposit of $10. If you cashout without depositing, the cashout will be rejected.
You have to know that in every online poker room you should deposit once at least every six months. That means twice a year.
And then you can cashout. For party Poker is the same.
It's up to you, man what will you do: to make your play money account into real money account, or delete it! It's up to you!
Brun, if you confirm now cashout without making deposit, or without sending these documents, they will block your account immediately and will send you email asking for these documents. When you send them the documents, and if the account verification is approved successfully, then they will unblock your account.
My advice is:
1) Send the documents
2) If you didn't deposit yet, make a deposit of $10 and wait 48 hours.
3) After 48 hours make a withdrowal
This is how it works. If you don't do it that way every other different step from your side will lead to blocking your account!

The email that you are contacting us from is associated with the account -*****. This account is a real money account and you can use it to play with it as well.
As per your query you can log into your account and go to Account > My Details > Personal Details, click on the pencil like icon and edit the information you entered.
Note that in order to request a withdrawal on a later stage the details in your account must match the details on the payment method your choose to use. I noticed that you have a sign up bonus GET100FREE into your account and you played towards meeting the release conditions of the bonus. The bonus is divided in two parts and to be released each of them requre you to earn 60 Loyalty Points playing Poker. Once you release a part of the bonus into your account its amount is released into your available balance and you can withdraw it.
I can recommend to you to update the details of your this account to be your real name and all the others that need to be updated and to use this account from now on.

Ok, what you didn't understand? Just enter in your account, click on profile, and edit all the personal details there. Fill in the correct details. That is it!
Do you speak Spanish? Party Poker has Customer Support Service in Spanish language as well. But try to change your name it by your own first. If that doesn't work you use the live chat or email them again.
And if you have more than one Party account, tell them. They will tell you which account you should use in future, and they will delete the other one .

i dont understand because i tryed that and works , but only after the first and last name, your firs and last name you cant change, i click in the pencil and the first and last name stay blocked and u cant change

Click on LIVE CHAT It will open a new small window. From Bulgaria the site of Party Poker is blocked. I can't enter there, because Bulgarians are not allowed to play there, so I don't have access to their site.
Just tell to the support and they will change your first and last name.

Good thing you didnt make it higher in terms of winnings. While i have read what peter told you, i find it hard for you to be able and cash out. Probably they will block your account and permit you after that to open a new one after the verification. I hope this was a lesson learned

First and the last name will stay blocked, write them email sending first at least copy of your ID, and they will change your first and last name.
When you write them, use only that email address which you registered at Party Poker. They will see your email address and they will check how many Party accounts you have registered with your email address. If you have more than one account, they will delete the other accounts, and you will have only one account.
