I am currently playing in a Ladbrokes poker depositor 1250 euro freeroll for 22 minutes and I have not had a single hand to play with. Not even connecting cards and especially premiums. It is still in the early stage so no time to panic yet but if this continues when the blinds start getting bigger any ideas how I should handle this problem?

Would like to point out I have never been dead carded this long in a MTT/freeroll before so it's all a bit new to me.
------------ Worst freeroll I have played in. Don't think I am cut out for MTT's lately as all I seem to be is card dead and not doing very well.

you still playing, how did u do..sounds like a bad run... i saw this post late.., but u know u can't wait for good hands use ur position even if it's 27os when its desp..also change seats..works for the mind sometimes.. hope u have a better game if u busted this 1..
According to all the poker stats I've seen you are supposed to hit the flop 1 time in three on average.
Not in my case though. It's all LIES! Lies I tells 'ee.
To test this out I kept a log of hits v misses one night last week. In the first 54 hands I hit one flop. My BB, I had Q,3 off and the flop was AS, KS, 3H. I hit it alright, I hit it big.
Gave up logging after that and went out not many hands later.
For it to end up at 1 in 3 I would have to hit 17 on the trot.

OK it was good to hear it was a freeroll, i read it to fast think $12.50- euro real money game lol yeh after playing freerolls at fulll tilt day in day over 3 years ..2 yrs with no work on sick..this was back in 2008 i think ..i relised after 3 years whatever you win and try a spin up it's very rare your gonna make the bigeee win..it as been done but u need a very good run.
So now i don't waste to much time eith them as i said b4 they make u play bad more than good, so not to many 1/2 a day unless ur bankroll busted or u need a warm up..thats how about it..play them hard boomor bust position or not in early stages to boost your stack...mid-late a little tighter..but it depends on your mindset and emotions to..you can have a greay enjoyable deep run win and enlightening experience in the rare freeroll game where ur in the ZONE!!! and no buy-in game can beat that feeling ..well u know what i mean lol.. .gg all ..

I must be on a card dead down swing for MTT's lately as in each tourny I have not had many playable cards. In one as we speak and in 30 minutes I have had only two playable hands in A10s which flopped nothing and the second was QQ which I got an all in with the chip leader who had A10s and both hit a straight, after I hit a set on the flop naturally.
Luckily the blinds are actually going slow so I should be okay if I just be patient unless I start trying some cheap flops with cards I would never usually use...

It is always a very frustrating time when you dont seem to be getting any cards. You are just sitting watching the same people playing their hands and you are helpless to do anything. You have just got to hang on in there and it will turn

Some times it doesnt turn at all. Its one bad hand after another, till your stack gets too low and you have to go all in with what it seems for the moment to be a good hand. And of course most of the times that hand doesnt hold up

Hmm it happens most time than not and the only thing you can do is to wait for the card distribution to go back in your favor. Its boring playing fit and fold, but this should help you be disciplined so you do not play trash.
Anyway to avoid those card dead situations better play several tourneys at the same time so you are not bored and therefore you would not play some trash hands. Anyway how did it go, did you go to the final table??
Or just load up several sites with different freerolls.
