learned most of what is being said here over 20 yrs ago...at the same time learned the rulz for proper food combining...nothing much has changed today. The only viable solution (if one can afford it) is to go completely certified organic. Today that's tougher becoz the multi nationals have got on the organic bandwagon. The only way to discern organics is to ensure the product is certified organic, otherwise, the product is no different than its non organic sister. Europeans are smarter than we are....they have legislation in place that forces producers to properly label all products so people may make informed decisions. Science and technology has its place in medicine and engineering...it's proven to be a disaster in food production as far as growing and processing is concerned...the volume is there...the quality is gone. Food now is a caricature of what it once was...we have only one nation to thank for this.
